We are Luca and Arianna, a couple in our 40s, with a wonderful little boy, Sebastian.
Arianna is an architect by trade, but she loves to do a bit of everything and lives a social life. She is fond of reading, art and theatre (she acted for many years). Luca runs a deli fish take away in front of the Rialto fishmarkete and he's passionate about photography, good cooking and travelling (he spent two years in Australia and in Southeast Asia, visiting and working there).

We both love Venice, our city, which we know very well, outside of the common tourist way and in its less known features: its architecture, both historic and contemporary, secret corners that must be photographed, the peculiar places, the coolest bars and restaurants. 

We like to share what we know and what we are discovering and we cannot wait to do so!

We are both good cooks and for us the perfect night is one spent around a table, with an excellent meal and a good glass of wine, chatting with friends both new and old. One of our favorite things is to have guests and share with other people who don't like hit-and-run holidays. For us, a cozy place to stay, anywhere in the world, must have its own character and "spirit," it must not be impersonal. We must be able to feel at home and have the opportunity to really get to know people and experiences and ways of life, not just monuments and locations.
All this is what we want to transmit to those who will stay with us.

Above all, we wish to have and offer a clean and beautiful place!
