Aria e Luce is our home and we would like it to become yours too, during your stay in Venice.
In a building of the late 1700s, independent and structured on two floors, we have created Aria e Luce: recently restored, furnished with care and attention to detail, experienced as a cozy nest. We wish to share with our guests our passion and the same feelings in experiencing Venice and our space. That's why we take care of every detail of the rooms and services we offer, to make your stay unforgettable and serene as at home.
The Mattino apartment, on the second floor of Aria e Luce, bright and airy, is a romantic hidden nest, looking out over the rooftops of Venice with its flowering terrace. It consists of three rooms, furnished in a fresh, minimal style with clean lines and fully equipped: a bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, a kitchen with bar counter and sofa, and a living space with bare trusses, equipped with a dining table and overlooking the large terrace.
The Zèfiro suite, on the second floor of Aria e Luce, is spacious, cozy, with high wooden beam ceilings and oak parquet flooring. It features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with sitting area, and a bathroom for private use.
The Crepuscolo room, on the second floor of Aria e Luce, spacious and bright, has a romantic canopy bed. Airy, with very high ceilings with wooden beams, it has a refined private ensuite bathroom with a large shower. It is perfect for a single person who desires maximum privacy, or for a couple on a romantic getaway.

To immerse yourself in the Byzantine magic of the city, visit the Basilica of San Marco and its bell tower, the Doge's Palace and the Procuratie, a stone's throw from Aria e Luce. Getting lost among the calli and campi of Cannaregio or Dorsoduro will reveal authentic corners, where children still play ball against old gates. Savor delicious Venetian cicchetti in the bacari around the Rialto Fish Market, one of the oldest in the world. In Campo Santa Margherita, don't miss the city's nightlife and university spirit. During Carnival , the city comes alive with masks and festivities. End the day with a spritz in the popular Via Garibaldi, or at the Zattere, enjoying the open view and sunset over the Giudecca Canal, with the Giudecca and San Giorgio Islands before you. Venice is an indescribable timeless enchantment.
